1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 90 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or special‑order products (unless defective)


2. Acceptable Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Product is defective or not functioning as intended

  • Product was damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product does not reasonably meet product descriptions or stated specifications

Clarification: “Does not meet expectations” refers to a functional or material difference from the product description, not personal preference alone.


3. How to Request a Return (Shared Returns Hub)

All returns are managed through our Shared Returns Hub via email.

Step 1: Contact us at cs@duradwell.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2: Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions, including the designated return address below.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.


4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Duradwell will cover the return shipping cost


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

Partial or No Refunds

A partial or no refund may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by Duradwell

  • Parts or accessories are missing


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 14 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Contact us at cs@duradwell.com for assistance


8. Policy Consistency Statement

This Returns & Refunds Policy supersedes any conflicting statements found elsewhere on the Site. In case of inconsistency, this policy shall prevail.
