We process orders Monday through Friday (Pacific Time), excluding holidays.

  • Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are usually shipped on the next business day after processing.

  • We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Australia

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unsupported regions at this time.

We work with trusted third‑party logistics providers, which may include:

The final carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, and logistics conditions.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.


6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

  • Orders may be delivered by your local postal or courier service.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice for pickup or re‑delivery.


7. Important Shipping Notes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on inventory location or weight restrictions.

  • Weather conditions, holidays, customs inspections, and local carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Cancellation Conditions
  • Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Approved cancellations made before processing or shipment will incur a $0.50 cancellation fee to cover restocking and payment processor costs.
